Certifications and quality
Since its founding in 1996, quality has always been closely linked to the development of Mondiv. From the very beginning, the Company has enlisted a quality team to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Furthermore, management has always involved employees in quality assurance activities so that they are part of the quality team and they are involved in the continuous improvement process. As of December 2003, the Company obtained HACCP certification by the CFIA Meat division, and in 2010 it received SQF Certification (Safe Quality Food) Level 3 which confirmed that the quality system complies with GFSI (global food safety Initiative) international standards . This certification is renewed by unannounced audits annually. The company is also certified organic and Kosher.
